The Story
I started Ground Force Control because I kept seeing the same problem, good tradies losing work they'd already paid to generate. Leads were coming in, but slow responses, missed calls, and patchy follow-up meant potential customers were walking straight to a competitor.
With my background in sales and home services, I knew the fix wasn't just more leads, it was tightening up everything that happens after someone reaches out. I've spent years in high-value consultations and home services sales, so I understand what actually happens between a lead coming in and a customer deciding to buy.
